Returns / Right of Withdrawal
Don't like the item or no longer need it?Would you like to return a defect-free item within the withdrawal period? If you return an item under your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Declare your withdrawal
Inform us clearly of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may use our model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
Pack the item securely
Pack the item securely for transport. If you are using a return slip, you can include it in the parcel.
Return the parcel
Send the goods to our return address with sufficient postage no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Please keep your proof of postage until the return process has been completed.
