Procedure for returns

We have discontinued the free returns service since the beginning of 2019. Although customers receive the goods without shipping fees, if the customer does not want to keep the selected product, they must pay the return costs themselves. This is our response to the ever-growing flood of returns, which have not only reached a considerable level but have now led to massive problems for all online retailers and society. With this measure we would like to counteract the “returns apocalypse”.

If you would like to return a product to us, please proceed as follows:

  • Please enter the reason for your return.
  • Package the item including the return slip.
  • Take the package to the nearest Deutsche Post branch or another parcel shop and hand it in there.
  • Don't forget to put sufficient postage on the package.
