Procedure for Returns
Since the beginning of 2019, we have discontinued the free returns service. Customers do receive the goods without shipping fees, but if the customer does not want to keep the chosen product, they must cover the return shipping costs themselves.
This is our response to the constantly growing flood of returns, which has not only reached a considerable scale but has also become a massive problem for all online retailers and society. With this measure, we want to counter the "returns apocalypse."
If you want to return a product to us, please proceed as follows:
- Please enter the reason for your return.
- Package the item including the return form.
- Take the package to the nearest Deutsche Post branch or another parcel shop and hand it in there.
- Don't forget to sufficiently stamp the package.
